I am dedicated to empowering individuals to pursue their goals and values. I have extensive experience implementing clinically tested and evidence based interventions.
My counseling style is integrated and collaborative. I promote a supportive, nonjudgmental space for my clients which is conducive to the exploration of my client's challenges and self-awareness. My approach combines acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) psycho dynamic and relational counseling.
I have collaborated with clients seeking help managing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, adjustment disorders and impulse control issues. I primarily conduct sessions online via video conference (Doxy.me) 5 days a week from 10am - 7pm for increased client convenience and scheduling flexibility.
Part of our work together usually involves identifying how and when our emotions become problematic and interfere with our lives. Emotions are a natural part of our lives. Experiencing emotions is adaptive, and although at times uncomfortable, they can provide us with important information about our experiences.

I am currently seeing client’s via telemental health. This means that we would conduct therapy using live video through a secure, HIPPA compliant platform called Doxy.me. I would email you a link to meet in a "virtual office" and connect through webcam video.
